Shipping & Returns (and other stuff)
SHIPPING POLICYAll orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Exclusions exist for Pre-order items or as noted. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to rising postage costs, shipping within the US will usually be done via USPS First Class. If an item is too heavy to qualify, USPS Priority Mail will be used (and will be explained on any item listing this applies to.) Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost, please contact us for details!
Any delays related to the USPS are out of my control. I will do my best to assist with tracking but once an order has left my possession it's out of my control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGAt this time we only offer shipping to Canada. Hello Cheeseburger is not responsible for additional customs charged to packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order and we will be happy to assist. You can also reach out via text at 816-379-6767 with your order number.
At this time, we only accept online payments via PayPal, credit card and Shop Pay.
Missouri customers will be charged 7.850% sales tax. Kansas customers will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
